With over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry, Niamh has worked in all professional arenas including cosmetic counters, department stores, salons, spas, aesthetic clinics and nutritional therapy. To date, she has achieved all levels of beauty therapy including the highest award, CIBTAC. Specialising in skincare, nutrition and oncology, Niamh brings expertise in supporting skin health through skin ingredients, actives, nutrition, diet and supplements.

With over 20 years as a professional skin therapist, Lindsey has built her career around skincare. Starting as a trained Beauty Therapist, she gained global experience working with top industry experts. For the past 8 years at SKINICIAN, Lindsey has driven product innovation and shared her expertise with fellow therapists. She also develops educational materials to empower professionals and customers, ensuring SKINICIAN stays at the forefront of the skincare industry.
Cathy Keane
With over 18 years in the beauty industry, Cathy has worked across salons, spas, and aesthetic clinics. In 2012, she earned her ITEC teaching diploma and holds the prestigious CIDESCO qualification. Specialising in skincare clinics, Cathy’s expertise in high-end, results-driven products has been key to building the SKINICIAN brand. She develops educational content that helps professionals and customers address skin concerns with effective treatments and aftercare, reflecting the brand’s commitment to excellence.
Lisa Padmore
Lisa is a leading UK aesthetician with 30 years of skincare experience, who was on the founding formulation team with SKINICIAN at inception. Lisa continues to educate and consult for new product developments, with a passion for leading with active cosmeceuticals that deliver quick and reliable results for healthy skin.
